<p>A toilet-trough body structure for scraper toilet, involving a reinforced integrated design for trough bodies of toilets cleaned by a mechanical scraper, and consisting of trough frame members (1a, 1b) and trough bottom panel members (2a, 2b). The trough frame members constitute a rigid, multiple-groove integrated assembly including a groove (5) for a moving mechanism, a groove (9) for a verification component, a groove (15) for a guide pipe component, a groove (12) for trough bottom panel components; the trough bottom panel members constitute a thin-panel component consisting of a trough-bottom panel (2b1) and a trough-end panel (2b2) or a trough-bottom panel (2a1), and a trough inner-panel (2a2) and a trough outer-panel (2a3). The toilet trough body so constituted, in particular a toilet trough body obtained through an integrated construction technique, has a more integrated and multifunctional structure, is strongly rigid and subject to little deformation in installation or use, meets strict precision controls for dimensions and geometric tolerance, easily guarantees the high coaxiality required for bearing pairs, and enables ease of installation, maintenance and upgrade, while being suited for double-groove drive or single-groove drive scraper toilet applications.</p> |
