PURPOSE: An intelligent network service system and control method thereof are provided to reduce system operating costs by assuring the stability of a service. CONSTITUTION: In case a first intelligent network switching apparatus(30) is not able to provide an intelligent network service, a service control system(50) selects a second intelligent exchanger(40) which is able to provide an intelligent service. The service control system returns a service control result to a first intelligent switchboard in order to transmit a reception number from the first intelligent switch board to a second intelligent switch board. |
