LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE, LIGHT SOURCE BODY AND LIGHTING FIXTURE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device, a light source body and a lighting fixture which allows improving light-emitting efficiency and obtaining a desired light distribution by structuring a substrate with the use of translucent ceramics of high purity and high thermal conductivity.

SOLUTION: The light-emitting device 10 includes a substrate 11 and a light-emitting element 12, the former consisting of translucent ceramics with a purity of 97% or more and a thermal conductivity of 25w/mK or more. The light-emitting element is arranged at one face side of the substrate to irradiate light through the translucent ceramics at least on the other face side of the substrate.
