<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a recyclable electrophotographic roller suppressing physical damage of an electrophotographic roller, removing a developer-derived fixed material fixed to the surface without impairing the characteristics thereof, and being recyclable as various types of electrophotographic rollers of an image forming apparatus using an electrophotographic process. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing a recyclable electrophotographic roller having a step for removing the developer-derived fixed material fixed to the surface of an electrophotographic roller 1, includes a step for circumferentially rotating the electrophotographic roller 1 immersed in a dilatant fluid 2 including spherical particles to improve the viscosity of the dilatant fluid 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
