<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver equipped with a tracking filter, capable of outputting a good demodulation signal even upon reception of a disturbing signal. <P>SOLUTION: In the receiver, a tracking filter 3 receives a RF signal and changes a cutoff frequency for each channel selection of the received signal to change a pass band. A gain variable amplifier circuit 5 amplifies the received signal passing through the tracking filter 3. An AD converter 6 analog-digital converts the received signal amplified by the gain variable amplifier circuit 5, and a demodulation section 7 demodulates the received signal converted into a digital signal by the AD converter 6.
