<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner exhibiting good low-temperature fixability even in configuration of a light-pressure type fixing device and capable of suppressing decrease in density or degradation in fogging even when the toner is left to stand after long-term use. <P>SOLUTION: The toner comprises toner particles containing a binder resin, a colorant and a wax component, and an inorganic fine powder, and is characterized in that: the toner has a core/shell structure; the shell layer comprises a polyester resin; the weight average molecular weight Mw and the square radius of inertia Rw of the tetrahydrofuran-soluble content in the toner satisfy a specified relational formula; and the glass transition temperature and the maximum endothermic peak temperature of the toner, and the glass transition temperature of the polyester resin in the shell layer satisfy a specified relational formula. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
