<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device that can successfully heat up cook food without burning the food and without the gas burner being early cut off even if a pressure cooker is used for cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking device is provided with a control device 6 that controls the heating power of the gas burner based on a temperature at the bottom of a cooking container detected by a pan bottom temperature sensor 14. The control device 6 includes: an equilibrium status decision part 62 that decides an equilibrium status based on a rising rate in a predetermined time of the temperature detected per predetermined pass time; an equilibrium temperature decision part 63 that decides the equilibrium temperature based on the detected temperature at the time when the equilibrium status is decided as set; an automatic fire extinguishing temperature calculation part 64 that calculates the initial automatic fire extinguishing temperature A0 set higher than the equilibrium temperature by the predetermined temperature and the updated automatic fire extinguishing temperature An (n≥1) calculated on the basis of the equilibrium temperature when the equilibrium status is decided to continue per the predetermined pass time after the initial automatic fire extinguishing temperature A0 is decided; and a heating control part 61 that suppresses the heating power of the heat source when the detected temperature after the equilibrium temperature is decided reaches the initial automatic fire extinguishing temperature A0 or the latest updated automatic fire extinguishing temperature An. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
