<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion guide device which eliminates the generation of a step at a connecting part between a load passage and a ball return passage on the block body side, and a direction changing path on an end plate side as far as possible and can more smoothly perform the endless circulation of balls in a movement block. <P>SOLUTION: On the end plate, an outer circumferential side guide surface of the direction changing path is disposed and a ball guiding groove opposite to end openings of the load passage and the ball return passage is formed. On the other hand, on the end surface of a block body to which the end plate is mounted, a regulation plate which is located between the end opening of the load passage and the end opening of the ball return passage and inserted into the ball guiding groove is fixed. The regulation plate is retained in non-contact with the ball guiding groove of the end plate and has an inner circumferential side regulation surface constituting the direction changing path so as to oppose the outer circumferential side guide surface disposed on the end plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
