<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventionally used welding groove cutting tool causes big impacts and vibrations during cutting, thereby breaking cutting-edge tips from time to time, and requiring improvement in a working environment because of loud noise. <P>SOLUTION: Many cutting-edge tips a to n are attached to outer peripheral parts of thin disk-shaped base metals 2a to 2n at small array pitches, respectively. One cutting tool A is made by laminating many of thus constituted multi-edged blades 1a to 1n.
