摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a welding control method which repeats the forward transfer and reverse transfer of a wire at a wire sending/feeding speed for reducing a sputter, the speed is decelerated from the forward transfer to the reverse transfer immediately after a short circuit is generated and the short circuit is actively released, however, since the reverse transfer occurs immediately after the generation of the short circuit, a push-in amount to a welding pool by the forward transfer is reduced, thus a weld-in depth becomes shallow compared with the case that the short circuit is released by the forward transfer, and on the other hand, the weld-in depth can be made deep by raising a welding current and increasing a heat input, but this causes an excessive cost due to an increase of a wire use amount by an increase of the wire sending/feeding amount, thus causing the wasteful electrical energy by an amount of a tightened welding condition. <P>SOLUTION: In the arc welding control method which alternately repeats short-circuiting and arc-welding while sending and feeding the wire, during a short-circuit period from the generation of the short circuit to the generation of an arc, the wire is advanced and contracted until a prescribed time is elapsed with the time of the generation of the short circuit as a time starting point, and the wire is contracted after the lapse of the prescribed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
