<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a foaming net which provides improved texture or appearance of a foaming net, and thereby eliminates reversing work even when a bonded end of the foaming net is exposed without the reversing work, and to provide the foaming net. <P>SOLUTION: The method of producing a foaming net includes: a folding step of folding back one side S1 of a cylindrical net 1 outward toward the other side S2; and a bonding and cutting step of cutting the end of the one side S1 of the folded net 1 and the end of the other side S2 into an arcuate shape, welding the cut ends, and forming the net into a substantially rectangular bag body. Preferably, the method includes a three-ply net forming step of further folding back the folded net and forming a three-ply net portion after the folding step. In the three-ply net forming step, the net is folded between the inner net and outer net of the double-folded net to form the three-ply net, so that the ends of the three-ply net do not make contact with a hand holding a soap bar, accordingly, the texture of the net is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
