<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine which adds points corresponding to a lottery result of a lottery means at every game, during a special game, and which increases expectations of the player for lottery corresponding to the cumulative points during and after the special game. <P>SOLUTION: The slot machine has as game states, a first game state and a second game state to be more advantageous to a player. The slot machine has, as game sections during the special game, a game section A for terminating a game before the termination of the special game while leaving multiple games, and a game section B corresponding to the whole or a part of the sections other than the game section A. The points are given on the basis of different criteria between the game section A and the game section B with respect to the same lottery result by the lottery means. The points given in the game sections, i.e., the game section A and the game section B, are each independently added.
