An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for estimating an AP position using log data, and a device and a terminal for same. An AP position estimating device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a database for storing each of lattice cells divided according to cell IDs, wherein each of the lattice cells are matched to a parameter of a radio wave environment signal when being stored; an AP identification information extracting unit for extracting terminal AP identification information from a wireless LAN radio wave environment signal received from a specific terminal; an AP identification information confirming unit for confirming, as first AP identification information, an AP identification information identical to the terminal AP identification information from the information already stored on the database, and confirming, as second AP identification information, information that is not identical to the information already stored on the database from the terminal AP identification information; a position determining unit for determining position information of the specific terminal on the basis of a latitude/longitude coordinate value given to each of the first AP identification information; and a position estimating unit for discriminating the second AP identification information as novel log data, and recognizing the position information as position estimate information on the novel log data.
