PURPOSE: A system for constructing on the water and a floating control movement device used for the same are provided to reduce time and costs for work and increase work efficiency because a construction structure can be moved to next position without repeating assembly and disassembly of the construction structure in each working position. CONSTITUTION: A system for constructing on the water includes a construction structure(10) and a floating control movement device(700). The construction structure is supported on the water bed to be installed and controls an end-expanded device(600). The end-expanded device receives an injection material from a injection material supply system(20) on the water in order to implementing a grouting work with respect to the underwater ground. The floating control movement device selectively supplies the buoyancy with respect to the construction structure to move the construction structure. |
