PURPOSE: A solid noise damping device which can reduce noise at a target point is provided to have improve application property by reducing the energy of the solid noise passing through a noise delivery route. CONSTITUTION: A solid noise damping device comprises a base plate(33), a bridge(35) and an utterance board(37). The base plate is closely fixed in my wall form structure of the ship. The base plate is created from the noise generation source of the ship and absorbs the noise delivered according to the inside wall structure. The bridge is included in the base plate. The bridge passes through the noise absorbed in the base plate.
