PURPOSE: A method for preparing wood pellet for heating using a microorganism isolated from Salix koreensis andersson is provided to be used as a substitute and to prevent air pollution. CONSTITUTION: A fermentation composition for heating contains a microorganism of Enterobacteriaceae sp., Enterobacter sp., Pseudomanas sp., Rhodotorula sp., and Pichia sp. The microorganism is isolated from extract liquid of Salix koreensis andersson. The microorganism is obtained by mixing Salix koreensis andersson powder and water in weight ratio of 1-1.5:1000, heating at 90-150°C for 30-50 minutes, and concentrating at room temperature for 3-5 days. A method for preparing wood pellet for heating comprises: a step of cutting nondegradable fiber ingredient in a diameter size of 1-2mm; a step of controlling the fiber to 60-80% of moisture content and inputting fermentation compositions for fermentation; and a step of forming the non-degradable pellet into a pellet having size of 3-10 mm. The fertilizer compost contains the wood pellet.
