PURPOSE: A pipe clamping device which clamps pipes which are connected by welding is provided to enable an operator to check the clamping and alignment state of pipes in naked eye. CONSTITUTION: A pipe clamping device comprises a lower clamp(132), an upper clamp(136) and a top actuator(138). The lower clamp is installed in the front and rear side of the weld line of the pipe. The lower clamp supports the lower part of the pipe. The upper clamp is installed on the top of the pipe correspondingly to the lower clamp. The top actuator presses the upper clamp to clamp the leading and following pipes with faced each pipes.
