<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible cushioning component having cushioning function and good adhesiveness and a method of manufacturing the cushioning component. <P>SOLUTION: A surface treatment agent containing a polyol terminal urethane prepolymer and an isocyanate solvent as main components is applied to at least part of a surface of a base material composed of a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer to dissolve the surface of the base material, and the solvent is dried while mixing the dissolved component of the base material to the surface treatment agent, whereby a surface treatment layer including an integrated layer in which at least a reactant of the polyol terminal urethane prepolymer and isocyanate and the base material is formed on the base material side. Further, a thermosetting urethane-based coating agent is applied to the surface of the surface treatment layer, whereby a coat layer is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
