<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a battery sheet and a manufacturing device capable of reducing a disposal part by uniformizing the film thickness of a coating layer. <P>SOLUTION: A formation step of a heat-resistant layer S2 of a separator S presses a coated sheet S0 with a touch roll 22 after forming the heat-resistance layer S2. The touch roll 22 has salients 22A and 22B at the position where the end of the coated sheet S0 passes when the coated sheet S0 passes the position. For this reason, the touch roll 22 presses the end of the coated sheet S0 stronger than the central part of the sheet.
