<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape feeder which can enhance workability and work efficiency by facilitating alignment in carrier tape attachment work, and to provide a tape attachment method in the tape feeder. <P>SOLUTION: A guide 30 attached removably to a body 5a and guiding a carrier tape 15 at a pickup position is constituted of a lower member 31 provided with a detachable mechanism being attached detachably to the body 5a while supporting the carrier tape 15 from the lower surface side, and an upper member 32 which presses the carrier tape 15 from the upper side and opens/closes freely by rotating around a pivot pin 33 provided at an end on the downstream side of the lower member 31. The lower member 31 is provided with a positioning mechanism which positions the carrier tape 15 in the tape feed direction by fitting an alignment pin 37 in the feed hole 15c of the carrier tape 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
