<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink packaging body provided on a vessel, capable of exhibiting a slip-preventing function of the vessel or distinctiveness of the appearance by applying specific processing to a shrink film. <P>SOLUTION: A first resin film 12 is processed so that perforations 14 in the specified direction penetrate the first resin film 12.
