<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly complete a quick-feed drive when quickly feeding a plurality of stepping motors in a configuration where a side for outputting a drive command of the stepping motors and a side for receiving the drive command and actually outputting a drive pulse are individually controlled. <P>SOLUTION: When determining a speed of the quick-feed drive, this pointer type electronic timepiece determines an output speed (X) of a drive command capable of performing the quick-feed drive of the specified number of steps in a short time, by including, as conditions, such a situation that output timing of a rearward drive signal (D2) is staggered for preventing the overlap of the drive signals (D1 and D2) of the plurality of stepping motors, the drive command (C2) may be input at a time interval (T1) exceeding the maximum speed of the stepping motor, and the drive command (C2) may be annulled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
