Provided is an image processing system capable of increasing the flexibility regarding the number of dynamic images to be transmitted from a dynamic image transmission device to a dynamic image reception device, the number being the basis for a screen to be presented to a user. A data transmission unit (44) of a cloud service (10) transmits dynamic images to a client (12). A screen generation unit (66) of the client (12) generates a screen which includes frame images of dynamic images which are to be received as dynamic images to be arranged in one screen. The data transmission unit (44) of the cloud service (10) transmits dynamic images in the number determined in accordance with a predetermined rule, to the client (12) as dynamic images to be arranged in one screen. The screen generation unit (66) of the client (12) generates a screen which contains frame images of the determined number of dynamic images.
