<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate polyester film for solar cell surface protective sheets which excels in durability, transparency, and workability. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate polyester film for solar cell surface protective sheets is a three-layered laminate polyester film having an outermost layer and a central layer, consisting of polyester which is polymerized using a polycondensation catalyst containing aluminum and/or its compound and a phenol based compound. The outermost layer contains particles, while the central layer does not essentially contain particles, where the haze is 5% or less, the total light transmittance is 85% or more, carboxyl terminal concentration with respect to polyester is 25 eq/ton or less, and the intrinsic viscosity is 0.60 to 0.90 dl/g. On the surface of the laminate polyester film, the number of protrusions in height of 1 μm or more is 10 pcs. to 100 pcs. per 1000 cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, both ends inclusive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
