<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device able to simply and accurately measure blood sugar and so on affected by the daily activity of a patient and able to easily use the measurement values affected by the daily activity, for clinic application. <P>SOLUTION: The measuring apparatus comprises a housing with a biosensor attached thereto, the biosensor having an agent, which selectively responds to a specific analyte in a living body fluid, arranged therein. The apparatus has in the housing: an analyte measuring means for measuring the amount of specific analyte by using the biosensor; a movement measuring means for measuring an amount of movement of the housing; and a control means with the analyte measuring means and the movement measuring means connected thereto.
