<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery having excellent adhesion in a fuel supply part and capable of effectively preventing fuel leakage by making it possible to manufacture the fuel battery without deforming a member forming the fuel supply part even if the thickness of the member is thin. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a fuel battery including: a unit cell equipped with a film electrode assembly including an anode electrode, an electrolyte membrane and a cathode electrode in this order; and a fuel supply part equipped with at least a fuel supply plate 101 laminated on the side of the anode electrode, for supplying fuel to the anode electrode. This manufacturing method includes in the following order: a step of preparing a fuel supply plate 100 with a reinforcement part, which is an integral molding member of a fuel supply plate 101 and a reinforcement part 102 disposed in the surroundings thereof and has junctures 103 joining a part of the edge face of the fuel supply plate 101 and the reinforcement part 102; a step of laminating the unit cell on the fuel supply plate 100 with the reinforcement part; and a step of cutting off the junctures 103 to remove the reinforcement part 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
