EXPOSURE STRUCTURE OF CONDUCTOR WIRES FOR COLLECTIVE CONDUCTOR, AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an exposure structure of conductor wires for a collective conductor in which the edges of resin-coating for a plurality of electric wires are aligned in the lengthwise direction of the collective conductor, and the conductor wires are not affected and the form of the collective conductor is not changed.

SOLUTION: Coating removal process liquid 20 is separated into an upper layer liquid 21 as a poor solvent for a resin-coating of an electric wire 11 and a lower layer liquid 22 as a good solvent for the resin-coating of the electric wire 11. A collective conductor 10 is immersed in the coating removal process liquid 20 so that only a fixed-length portion 10a is dipped in the lower layer liquid 22 without untwisting the collective conductor 10. Resin-coatings are removed for all of the plurality of electric wires 11 in the fixed-length portion 10a which is a portion of the collective conductor 10 and has been dipped in the lower layer liquid 22, and conductor wires are exposed.
