<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of reducing load of work associated with setting/instruction to the image processing apparatus to effectively execute the work. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus includes: OCR means for optically reading a command sheet that is a sheet-like medium having an area on which a user has written desired setting/instruction to the image processing apparatus and has specified the area of the setting/instruction with a marker recognizable by the image processing apparatus and converting the setting/instruction written in the area into text data; command sheet data analysis means for analyzing the text data and associating the analysis result with the setting of the image processing apparatus or action of the image processing apparatus; and specified data setting/instruction execution means for setting, in the case that the analysis result is setting data, the setting data to the image processing apparatus, and executing, in the case that the analysis result is instruction data, action of the image processing apparatus according to the instruction data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
