<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly recoverable foam which has excellent flexibility and cushioning properties and has excellent compressive strain recoverability. <P>SOLUTION: The highly recoverable foam includes a foam which has spherical bubbles and which is obtained by coating a base material with a W/O type emulsion composed of mixed syrup, an acrylic monomer, urethane acrylate and diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethyl benzoyl)phosphine oxide, covering a polyethylene terephthalate film on the coated base material, irradiating the covered base material with ultraviolet light and heating the obtained high water content crosslinked polymer, wherein 50% compressive strain recovery factor of the highly recoverable foam is ≥80% when it is cooled to 23°C after preservation at 80°C for 24 hr in a 50% compressed state, thereafter, the compressed state is released and an hour is passed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
