<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater sludge drying apparatus that can reduce an energy consumption necessary for a drying treatment of wastewater sludge. <P>SOLUTION: The wastewater sludge drying apparatus 1 includes: an accommodation chamber 3 which is composed to be able to accommodate and discharge the wastewater sludge 2; a microwave irradiation means 5, 3c that irradiates a microwave 4 to the wastewater sludge 2 accommodated in the accommodation chamber 3 and heats the wastewater sludge 2; a water vapor discharge part 7 that discharges water vapor 6, generated from the wastewater sludge 2, to the outside of the accommodation chamber 3; and a heat supply means 8 that is connected to the water vapor discharge part 7 and supplies heat of the water vapor 6 to the wastewater sludge 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
