<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a penetration of liquid adhesive into a superposed portion between an actuator base and a receiver member. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator includes: an actuator base 33 that supports a load beam 3 and has openings 43 and 43 accommodating piezoelectric elements 35 and 35; a receiver member 47 that is superposed on the actuator base 33 and forms receivers 45 and 45 of the piezoelectric elements 35 and 35 that face the openings 43 and 43; adhesive parts 57 and 57 formed of liquid adhesives that are filled in spaces defined by the piezoelectric elements 35 and 35, inner circumferences of the openings 43 and 43, and the receivers 45 and 45 and adhere the piezoelectric elements 35 and 35 to the inner circumferences of the openings 43 and 43 and the receivers 45 and 45 by being cured; and regulation parts 65 and 65 that are formed along a superposed area of the actuator base 33 and the receiver member 47 and regulate penetration of the liquid adhesive due to a capillary phenomenon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
