<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference track record collection system which can collect information about conference track record of a conference room using a conference room reservation system and an entrance/exit management system. <P>SOLUTION: When a conference track record collection server 30 receives information on entering a conference room including conference room identification information from an entrance/exit management system, it directs a voice recording device 57 which records voice information in the conference room a direction to start recording and stores recorded information sent from the voice recording device 57 sequentially in a storage unit 32. When the conference track record collection server 30 receives information on exiting from the conference room which received the entrance information from the entrance/exit management system, it directs the voice recording device to stop recording, acquires the entrance/exit information of a user from the entrance/exit management system, acquires reservation information by inquiring if there is the reservation information of the conference room from a conference room reservation system, generates a conference room usage minute by associating the acquired reservation information, the acquired entrance/exit information of the user, and a recording time of the voice recording device and registers it in the storage unit 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
