<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module which allows accurate assembling even with no adjustment, while avoiding a malfunction (adverse effect) due to air expansion. <P>SOLUTION: A camera module (10) includes a holder (18), a lens (16) contained in the holder, an imaging device (14) including a imaging surface (14a), an infrared cut filter (20), and a substrate (12) mounting the imaging device on a top face (12a). The lower end of the holder (18) is adhesively fixed on the top face (12a) of the substrate (12). The camera module (10) has a first deaeration groove (184b), a ventilation passage (22), and a second deaeration groove (186c), as means for securing venting performance. The ventilation passage (22) and the second deaeration groove (186c) communicate with each other, and the ventilation passage (22) and the first deaeration groove (184b) are formed at angular positions shifted from each other with respect to an optical axis (O) of the lens (16). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
