TRANSMISSION ELEMENT INCLUDING CHAIN BELT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a chain belt to continuously hold contact with a roller and to avoid interference with a wall surface of a movement route accompanying twisting and bending.

SOLUTION: A chain belt includes a plurality of spacing members and two connection belts. The connection belts are located at both sides of the plurality of spacing members. Equidistant storage spaces are provided between the respective spacing members. A roller is stored in the storage space. Each spacing member has a U-shape arranged in the same direction. Both sides of each spacing member in a vertical direction include one recess and one protrusion. The recess includes two or more second holding surfaces. The protrusion includes one first holding surface. The first holding surface and the second holding surfaces hold the roller so that it freely rolls in the storage space.
