<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triazolium salt and a method for producing the same, a method for producing an alkylated oxindol having tetrasubstituted carbon by using an azide alcohol, and a triazolium salt as a catalyst, in an asymmetric reaction. <P>SOLUTION: The triazolium salt is expressed by general formula (I) [wherein n represents an integer of 1-3; Y represents a monovalent, divalent or trivalent anion; R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>represents H or a hydrocarbon group; R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>represents an organic group; R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>represent each an organic group; R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">6</SP>represent each H or an organic group; R<SP POS="POST">7</SP>represents a specific carbamide, sulfonamide or phosphonamide].
