<p>PURPOSE: An organic electro luminescent device for reducing power consumption is provided to improve a contrast ratio by including a white color filter material. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate includes first, second, third, and fourth pixel regions. A switching and driving thin-film transistor are formed in each pixel region. A protective layer(140) is formed on the switching and driving thin-film transistor. A second blue color filter pattern is formed on the protective layer in the fourth pixel region. A planarization layer(145) covers red, green, first blue, and second blue color filter patterns. An organic electroluminescent diode emits white, which is formed on the first, the second, the third, and the fourth pixel regions, to an upper part of the planarization layer.</p> |
