PURPOSE: A refrigerator is provided to prevent performance degradation of the refrigerator by accomplishing enough radiating in a mechanical room and also prevent malfunction of a mechanical fan by smoothly flowing air. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator includes a main body, a mechanical fan(133), a sensor(310), and a control part(320). A mechanical room is formed in the main body. The mechanical fan is installed in the mechanical room. The sensor is installed in the rear side of the mechanical room to measure distance between an installation wall and the rear side of the mechanical room. The control part controls the torque of the mechanical fan depending on measured value of the sensor. |
