<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition excellent in compatibility with a dye, from which a color filter having higher reliability can be produced. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition contains an alkali-soluble resin, a colorant containing a pigment and/or a dye, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator and a solvent. The alkali-soluble resin includes a repeating unit derived from an acid anhydride (A1) expressed by the formula.
