<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column pull-out device for pulling out a columnar object without using a hydraulic pressure. <P>SOLUTION: A column pull-out device 1 is for pulling out a columnar object P, and includes a column pull-out jig 2 having a holding part 4 for holding the columnar object P and an overhang part 5 overhung from the holding part 4, and an air bag 3 to be expanded in a height direction. The overhang part 5 is arranged on the air bag 3.
