<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated imaging device which is capable of sufficiently acquiring luminance information and color information, and achieving both high sensitivity and good color reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated imaging device comprises a first imaging device 10 for receiving input light to acquire a luminance component of an optical image, and a second imaging device 70 which is disposed on the rear side of the first imaging device, receives transmission light transmitted through the first imaging device, and acquires a color component of the optical image.
