<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a shrink by making an aperture part simple. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting-device of a three-transistor type comprises in a pixel: a driving transistor; a switching transistor; and an erasing transistor. In the light-emitting device, two TFTs of a switching TFT 5505 and an erasing TFT 5506 are arranged between a first gate signal line 5502 and a second gate signal line 5503.
