摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image shooting device capable of reducing the influence of noise on image data, when an IC is provided on a flexible circuit substrate and wiring is routed. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation image shooting device 1 comprises a flexible circuit substrate 12 for connecting wiring on a sensor substrate 4 on which radiation detecting elements 7 are two-dimensionally aligned, and wiring on a PCB substrate 33 provided with memory means 23 for storing image data read out at least from the radiation detecting elements 7. On a film 12F of the flexible circuit substrate 12, at least an IC chip 12a used for reading out the image data is mounted. A capacitor 12d connecting wiring 12b for supplying electric power to the IC chip 12a and wiring 12c for supplying reference potential corresponding to the electric power to the IC chip 12a is provided on the film 12F of the flexible circuit substrate 12 on which the IC chip 12a is mounted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
