<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool which makes a label of a direct mail or a delivered parcel, in which personal information capable of specifying a person is written, unreadable or breaks off the label. <P>SOLUTION: An adhesive surface of a paper adhesive tape attached to a label peeler is pressed to a mailing label pasted to an envelope to stick a paper label portion to the label peeler, and the paper label portion is peeled off and is converted to a combustible material which can be easily broken off by hands. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
