PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air conditioning device that is composed to be able to inhibit generation of noises during pre-air conditioning.

SOLUTION: A signal transmitter which sends a request signal by which a user requests execution of pre-air conditioning, is composed to be able to transmit both a normal mode signal which requests execution of pre-air conditioning in a normal mode and a silence mode signal which requests execution of pre-air conditioning in a silence mode. When operating the pre-air conditioning with the silence mode signal, the noise which the vehicle air conditioning device 1 generates is inhibited by reducing a refrigerant discharge capacity of a compressor 11 of refrigerating cycle 10 and a blast capacity of a blowing fan 16a rather than when operating the pre-air conditioning with the normal mode signal.
