<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a game ball from falling from a ball passage of a winning device. <P>SOLUTION: The start winning device 58 has an upper ball passage 86 which is opened upward and elongated in a longitudinal direction. The upper ball passage 86 comprises a first passage 106 which is elongated in the longitudinal direction, and a second passage 108 which is elongated in the longitudinal direction in such a manner as to be biased to the left side with respect to the first passage 106. A box-shaped member 20 is provided with a fall regulation portion 270 which is elongated along the upper ball passage 86 when the box-shaped member 20 is disposed on a game board 14.
