The drive unit has a lid and shading portion which are provided in roof opening. The shading portion is operated by a spring action and roof opening is released in dependence to the actuator unit (1). An actuator unit is provided with a driver clutch (1c) and a contact surface (1d). A batch unit (3) has a contact surface (3b) which is contacted with contact surface of actuator unit, when the actuator unit operates the batch unit, to close the roof opening with the shading.
