PURPOSE: A fermentation method of ginseng using an eco-friendly deer antler culture solution is provided to improve the functionality and the productivity of the ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A fermentation method of ginseng using an eco-friendly deer antler culture solution comprises the following steps: dissolving glucose in water to obtain a culture liquid(S11); inserting fresh deer antlers or boiled deer antler slices into the culture liquid, and sealing(S12); fermenting the mixture to obtain the deer antler culture solution(S13); and inserting the ginseng or fermented ginseng into the deer antler culture solution for fermenting(S14, S15). The culture liquid contains rice bran. |
