PURPOSE: A construction method of a reinforcement wall for a building is provided to directly install and assemble a closed cell unit and opened cell unit which are separately manufactured to an outer support so that a reinforcement wall is easily transported and constructed. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a reinforcement wall for a building is as follows. A plurality of cell units is arranged on a lower support of an outer support(50) forming a frame of a rectangular shape. The cell units comprise an opened cell unit(10) and closed cell unit(20). The cell units adjoining to each other are coupled so that a reinforcement lattice having the opened and closed units arranged in a row and line is formed. A shrinkage compensating mortar portion is formed between the outer support and reinforcement lattice.
