PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a sealing cap of a medicine container is provided to selectively attach a chemical-resistant film on a sealing cap without an additional mold. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a sealing cap of a medicine container is as follows. A chemical-resistant film(300) is put into a lower mold(400). The etched part of the chemical-resistant film is located at a lower cavity(410) of the lower mold. A lower sealed part, corresponding to the lower cavity of the lower mold, and an upper sealed part, corresponding to an upper cavity(510) of an upper mold(500) are integrated by combining the lower and upper molds. A sealing cap is formed by attaching the etched part of the chemical-resistant film on the surface of the lower sealed part. The sealing cap is discharged by separating the upper and lower molds. The un-etched chemical-resistant film located at the bottom of the upper sealed part is cut.
