The element (A) has a body (1) fixed on a support i.e. plate (10A), and a connection member (2) mounted in the body. A spring (3) exerts an elastic stress (F1) on a portion (214) of the member, where the stress is directed towards an upstream pipe (C1) of the member and to flatten a portion surface (216) of the member against a surface (12) of the body. The member is provided with an annular surface (219) to support against an axial stop formed of a ring (4) during the displacement of the member towards the front of the element with respect to the body.
